• Pridex Digital is not responsible for changes, downtime, or service interruptions caused by Zoho Corporation or other third-party providers

5. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing for services and subscriptions will be communicated through official quotations or proposals
• All payments must be made as per agreed terms
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension
• Subscription renewals are subject to Zoho’s pricing policies

Taxes, including GST, will be applicable as per Indian law unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Pridex Digital unless otherwise stated.
