Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service terminations are handled by Pridex Digital ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing any service or making a payment through our website or offline channels, you agree to this policy.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Pridex Digital, including but not limited to:

  • Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho WorkDrive subscriptions
  • Zoho implementation, migration, and configuration services
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Consulting, training, and support services

2. Subscription-Based Products (Zoho Licenses)

All Zoho product licenses are governed by Zoho Corporation’s official pricing, billing, refund, and cancellation policies.

Important Notes:

  • License fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly permitted by Zoho Corporation
  • Pridex Digital does not have control over Zoho’s license refund decisions
  • Any refund related to Zoho subscriptions will be processed strictly as per Zoho’s policies

Customers are advised to review Zoho’s official terms before purchasing licenses.

3. Implementation, Migration & Professional Services

Payments made for implementation, migration, customization, consulting, or professional services are:

  • Non-refundable once the service has started
  • Non-transferable to other customers or projects

If a project is cancelled by the customer before commencement, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:

  • Administrative charges
  • Resource allocation costs
  • Planning and documentation efforts

The refund decision will be at the sole discretion of Pridex Digital.

4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Services

AMC fees are:

  • Non-refundable once the AMC period has started
  • Not cancellable mid-term

If AMC services are cancelled before the start date, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and setup charges.

5. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email.

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Registered company or customer name
  • Service details
  • Reason for cancellation

6. Cancellation by Pridex Digital

Pridex Digital reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • Payments are delayed or not received
  • There is misuse of services
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Activities violate applicable laws or Zoho policies

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method only
  • Bank processing delays may vary and are beyond our control

8. No Guarantee of Results

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to:

  • Business outcomes
  • Feature limitations of Zoho products
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Changes in Zoho pricing or policies

9. Changes to This Policy

Pridex Digital reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
